Nelson Marlborough Mortgage Services formed in 2003 with Mark Papps Managing the company. Since then the company has gone from strength to strength and now has three full time Mortgage Brokers, Mark Pascoe joining in September 2005, Brent Williams in January 2008 and Shanan Gibbs an administrative assistant & P.A. to Mark Papps to keep the team running smoothly. 

The company was rewarded in 2006 when Mark Papps was awarded the Nelson Marlborough Mortgage Broker of the Year NZMBA. This was bettered in 2008 when Mark Papps was named Regional Mortgage Broker of the Year 2008 for Nelson Marlborough and awarded #3 New Zealand Broker of the Year at the Annual NZ Mortgage Brokers Association Conference held in Auckland.
