Peter is a Registered Financial Adviser specialising in giving advice on Personal and Business Risk insurance for everyday people. He specifically deals with Life, Disability and Private Health insurances policies and works with self-employed/small business owners and key persons to their businesses around ACC structures and ensuring the right cover for each client’s individual needs.
Peter joined the industry after spending over 30 years as a PGA Golf Professional of which he still competes on the Australasian Legends Tour. He has spent many years as a very successful golf coach. After spending the number of years he has as a golf pro, Peter decided he needed to do something different. Peter has been a Risk adviser for 6 years and now has the knowledge and is excited joining the great team at Mortgage Money, understanding and skill to give very good and sound advice to those that need personal and business risk insurance. His passion is very much giving the right advice and making sure his clients fully understand what it is they have and creating certainty for his clients. Peter still very much enjoys his golf and has retained his PGA Golf Professional status and still gives golf lessons on a regular basis. He plays as a Professional on the PGA Pro-Am circuit.

Originally from Otago, Julia has an extensive working history in banking at both local levels, and in national roles, all of which were underpinned by a strong service ethic supporting people to achieve their goals. Julia brings a friendly, organised, and professional approach and thoroughly enjoys working with others, be they clients or team members to 'get the job done', with a smile.
On a personal note, Julia has lived in Nelson for some 25 years now, with her children both raised in the region, and who are now both exploring and residing overseas. Spending time on, or near the water, either swimming, or kayaking, is one of Julia's favourite pastimes, along with exploring numerous walking trails locally.
