Originally from Scotland, I’ve been lucky enough to call Nelson home for my young

Hey there, I’m Joshua Mansfield - let me tell you a bit about myself. After completing 2 degrees in Sydney, Australia, I kept a promise to my loving wife and moved with her back to her hometown - Nelson. Over the past few years, I have developed a love for the Top of the South and am proud to call it my home.

While completing my bachelors in Applied Finance and Economics, I worked at the National Australian Bank in Sydney. In those 3 years, I learned a lot about the inner workings of the major banks and now I want to use that knowledge to help you navigate through your mortgage application and property purchase.

Peter is a Registered Financial Adviser specialising in giving advice on Personal and Business Risk insurance for everyday people. He specifically deals with Life, Disability and Private Health insurances policies and works with self-employed/small business owners and key persons to their businesses around ACC structures and ensuring the right cover for each client’s individual needs.

Peter joined the industry after spending over 30 years as a PGA Golf Professional of which he still competes on the Australasian Legends Tour. He has spent many years as a very successful golf coach. After spending the number of years he has as a golf pro, Peter decided he needed to do something different. Peter has been a Risk Adviser for 6 years and now has the knowledge and is excited joining the great team at Mortgage Money, understanding and skill to give very good and sound advice to those that need personal and business risk insurance. His passion is very much giving the right advice and making sure his clients fully understand what it is they have and creating certainty for his clients. Peter still very much enjoys his golf and has retained his PGA Golf Professional status and still gives golf lessons on a regular basis. He plays as a Professional on the PGA Pro-Am circuit.
